I applied for the Automation Test Engineer role at Nokia. The interview took one day.
First round was a written test. It consisted of two papers: one related to Java, which was very tough, and another related to automation testing.
I cleared the first round, and the next was a face-to-face technical round. It was okay; not many tough questions. All questions were related to Selenium and writing Java programs, and I answered almost all of them.
The interviewer was not a manager. I found he had only a couple of years of experience.
I am very confident that I answered almost all questions, but finally, they said I had not cleared the f2f round, and they did not tell me the reason. At least they could have told me my areas of drawbacks so that I could improve.
Some logical questions and some Java programs.
