Interviews went well, and three rounds of technical discussion happened. Everything was fine.

But after the three rounds of interviews, HR came into the picture and started to explain that we don't have a budget, and so on. Those things were discussed before processing the profile. But after the interview, I don't know how their salary structure and budgets got changed.
