I had one technical interview by the end of March 2009. Then, after 10 days, I had an assessment test. There were 5 other guys at that assessment. They told me that I was accepted, but I haven't heard from them till now. I called them by the middle of June, and they told me that they were still waiting for approval. I don't know what kind of approval takes 4 months. I hope that they have a different strategy with work. The strange thing is that the other 5 guys started work about a month ago. One of the 5 guys is a friend of mine, and he told me that. I hope that one of the HR managers can explain this for me.
