Working life balance is good. Not much work pressure.

I was invited to a technical interview. The interview panel consisted of two senior engineers. They asked technical questions related to my field (software engineering). Some of the questions involved coding challenges and problem-solving scenarios.
It wasn't a good experience, as the person taking the interview wasn't interested at all. These people will shortlist 50 people for interviews if they have 4 to 5 vacancies. And if they think that the first few are good enough, they won't even thin
One Telephonic Round: To check telecom domain knowledge and telecom protocol knowledge. Two Technical Rounds: To check programming knowledge. One Managerial Round: Some situations will be given. We need to manage accordingly. Finally, an HR Round.
