Flexible work culture and work environment
As I am a fresher, I don’t have any cons.
The interview process at Nokia was thorough and structured. It involved multiple stages, including initial screenings, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews. The interviewers were knowledgeable, professional, and focused on my problem-so
The interview was easy, but I did not get the reason why I was not shortlisted. Later, I was not bothered about it because I got to know that it was a diversity drive only at the very end.
An easy, offline-driven process, given a good system and great design. People were aware of the process and had a nice pre-placement talk. Both technical interviews were nice, and the recruiter was easygoing.
