I liked the people that I have worked with, they're one of the best I met, meaning the company did great at getting these people. No corporate politics whatsoever (at least for me), so that's one thing less to worry about.
Can't think of anything. Why did I leave? I didn't. They shut down their site in my country.

CI Engineer
Approximately 1.5 hours for the entire process (face-to-face + writing test). Mainly it was a Python test, as the position I applied for is CI-related. It was not that difficult.
Software Developer (Working Student)
Quick phone screen and an online coding test. Then, a general technical interview with a few easy HR-type questions about interests, previous projects, working in a team, and motivation, etc.
QA Engineer
A 7-round, in-person interview. It was the most grueling and felt pointless because of how repetitive it was. Both system design and LeetCode-style questions were asked. Most interviewers were friendly, but I did not think it was worth going through
