I had a very good team. Again, it depends on the manager.
At least as an organization, they try to be flexible with employees.
As I mentioned, a good team and good management matter to an extent, but career growth takes precedence. As per career growth, lower hikes and getting promotions can be hard, as most people I see are stagnant in their roles.
