Pros

Work-life balance.

Chill working environment for R&D.

Cons
  1. Redundancy occurs a large amount of times for employees three times a year, and may be more often in the next three years.
  2. Redundancy prevents knowledge spreading, as people need to keep information private to avoid being replaced.
  3. Giants in speeching and dwarfs in behaving dramas take place daily.
  4. You will be forced not only to do the job but also to present your job to prove your importance. This creates bad feelings that you are begging for a job.
  5. Negative feelings are present inside the team as Nokia is losing deals frequently, with no real customers. People are discouraged by frequent bad news.
  6. There is a cost-saving culture, low salaries, and no benefits. The training/team-building budget, speaking of which, may have crossed your mind.
Advice to Management

Good luck.
