Good to get experience
All the people I've worked with were helpful and keen to teach.
There are not a lot of people with long experience. This applies both to experience in general and experience at Nokia. Most people leave for better-paid jobs after gaining a few years under their belt. Because of that, a lot of knowledge gets lost over time.
