A good and warm company
We could balance our family and work well. Nokia protects us and rewards us, rather than endlessly exploiting our labor like other companies. We all grow with Nokia, with pride.
Hourly pay is more, since little OT pressure, monthly pay maybe less.
Management is good enough.
