Good work culture, slow to change, missed important windows of opportunities
Good work culture, decent benefits (though not on par with industry standards), and the opportunity to work on great products. Great brand name. Had the opportunity to work with great, talented people.
HR needs improvement (faced bad experience during exit).
Slow decision making. Too cautious, resulting in late, often wrong decisions.
Should have gone with one more mobile OS along with Windows Phone, e.g., in-house (Maemo/Meego) or Android/Li-mo, etc.
Utilize the research of NRC (Nokia Research Centre) into real products; don't keep it in store. Research should be used for making products, not just fancy PoCs (Proofs of Concepts).
