Pros

Generally speaking:

  • This might be a good place to start for graduates seeking a network/telco career. Salaries could be close to the market average.
  • It's a chill place. There's no real pressure if you do what you need to do.
  • Experienced managers, gentle & wise people.
Cons

Generally speaking:

  • Very bad salary for experienced people. Additional increasing periods come too late and are not effective. No visible improvement to make those people happy.
  • Benefits are also not enough.
  • Remote contractors are not considered. Almost no additional gifts or allowance for company visits (this should and can be planned).
Advice to Management

Make people happy so that the company will have a long life, and you will gain a better place in the market and be preferred.
