Can't think of very many pros. Perhaps just the people and direct low-level leadership. Once you get too high, the leaders are clueless.
No place to go. No where to advance. Not even at the same level. Future is terminal.
Wake up and serve your customer. Give them what they want. Don't you tell them what they should buy. Wake up, or customers will go to someone else that will give them what they want.
