Nokia works on good projects and has a great culture
There are no cons at Nokia
For the summer trainee, the recruitment process was remote. Team leader and lead developer were involved. It lasted about 30 minutes. The meeting was recorded. I got feedback within 2 weeks. Before the whole process, there was a phone call.
In the beginning, I sent my CV. Then I got a response by email. I had a call, then a technical task, which took me a few hours to make, and a technical interview. I had a lot of questions about Linux and GIT.
The interview was more than a year ago, so I do not remember a lot about my experience. However, I would say it was a really good experience for me and helped me a lot to know my weak points.
