After a while, there is not so much opportunity to advance in your career. They would rather let more experienced people leave than give them the benefits they deserve.

Questions were asked related to OOPS concepts, Java terminologies, and a few coding problems. Some networking questions were asked too. Some questions related to the projects were also asked. Firstly, there was a coding round and an aptitude section.
Please give a proper interview process to mature persons. She just looked for a solution on the internet, I think. At least tell them why the solution is wrong with a satisfying reason. Don't simply say it's not correct. Totally over-attitude girl.
