For a junior, this place is quite OK. There are some interesting projects, and you can gain lots of telco knowledge.
After a while, there is not so much opportunity to advance in your career. They would rather let more experienced people leave than give them the benefits they deserve.

Java Developer
There were 2 rounds of interviews. The requirement was for Spring, Core Java, and databases. I cleared the first round and am giving details for the second round interview questions. I could answer a few questions, but a few of them were tricky.

Questions were asked related to OOPS concepts, Java terminologies, and a few coding problems. Some networking questions were asked too. Some questions related to the projects were also asked. Firstly, there was a coding round and an aptitude section.

Please give a proper interview process to mature persons. She just looked for a solution on the internet, I think. At least tell them why the solution is wrong with a satisfying reason. Don't simply say it's not correct. Totally over-attitude girl.
