Pros

If you want and if you are interested enough, you can stay in touch with technology that will come to the markets only in the future, which makes this work pretty interesting. You have the opportunity to face problems that not many have faced before.

Nice office, a rather young team, more and more investments in Poland, and better and better labs.

Competitive salary, flexible working hours. Job rotation/horizontal transfers are possible.

Cons

That's the only telecom company in Wroclaw, so it's not that easy to leave or change.

It's also not that easy to get a salary increase, so you better fight for a good salary at the very beginning.

It's pretty difficult to have vertical promotion, so it's also better for you if you are rather into engineering and don't even think about any change to a more manager-like position in the future.

Advice to Management

It should be much better defined who is responsible for what inside the company.

At the moment, many actions of management in Wroclaw are triggered by "I want to show up" or "cover my back" reasons.

Get rid of Chinese development.
