For the past 4 years, I had worked at NSN, and I want to rate it as my best experience so far in life
NSN is a wonderful, dynamic, and challenging organization. I have learned a great deal in my current job role because of the training culture in the organization, the seniors' support, and the on-the-job training.
In the past, I have seen conflicts in resource and project management, which affected the overall workflow and ultimately demoralized and downgraded the resources involved in the project. Although this was in the past, there is currently huge improvement seen in this sector.
We should preserve our existing business clients and focus more and more on their dynamically transforming business conditions, compared to looking for new areas and closing existing doors (in case of no margin or less margin definitions).
Probably, we should reform our sales strategies and sales people.
