Lack of efficiency, incompetent executive level mainly not taking responsibilities. Everybody is throwing the hot potato to each other.
Better communication is needed within different departments, and executives and product managers need to take more responsibilities.

NPI Engineer
Interview takes 2 months and it is an average type interview. Ask about SDN Solutions, Hypervisor, Openstack. It takes 2 months to get the result of the interview. Nuage Technology by Nokia is ok to work with.
Software Engineer
This was a 3-hour whiteboard session. It was heavily focused on the technical side only. Questions were a mix of classic software engineering and applying principles in their use case.
Test Engineer
The interview had two steps: the first was the HR interview, and the technical interview followed. I accepted the first step, but unfortunately, I was rejected in the technical step.
