Pros

Work culture is quite good. No pressure will be given to individuals by the managers. There are no time constraints. If the work is more, then you have to work; otherwise, you can go early as well.

Cons

They shouldn't stop work from home because of the misuse of some employees. All shouldn't be affected.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and provide some additional perks to the employees. Food should be subsidized, and there should be proper arrangements for the food.
