Post selection for the candidature, there will be phone screening. Once confirmed, there will be follow-ups of face-to-face interviews, which will end up having discussions with the hiring manager as well as HR.

Hired a few years ago. Pretty easy because there was a gap in teams. Interviewed by testers and international developers. Simple Java and C++ questions. True and false, but unorganized because of the rush in hiring.

The interview process took about 1 hour for Nokia Poland for a JavaScript developer. It included HR standard questions, 10 minutes checking my English, then 20 minutes of theory questions, and 20 minutes for 3 tasks on Blackboard.
