Bonuses are paid independent of actual performance. There are no consequences for not doing your job. Speaking up about competency issues is not appreciated (be nice to everyone policy). It's embarrassing to say you work for Nokia because the portfolio is pathetic. Senior management is agnostic to what the company actually produces. Every new project is an internal politics game rather than an external market game.
Openly admit failure and leave.
