Old Company with long history. Excellent career opportunities. Company has gone through several downshifts, but has always survived.
They made huge mistake with their smartphone strategy, WindowsPhone didn't fly. But their management board were cleaver enough to sell that business.

First interview with hiring manager and senior engineer. The interview was really relaxed. We went through my work history and talked about the new position. Got an offer one week after. Signed my contract one week after the offer.
Quick phone screen and an online coding test. Then, a general technical interview with a few easy HR-type questions about interests, previous projects, working in a team, and motivation, etc.
A 7-round, in-person interview. It was the most grueling and felt pointless because of how repetitive it was. Both system design and LeetCode-style questions were asked. Most interviewers were friendly, but I did not think it was worth going through
