There is a really poor higher-level management understanding of problems within the organization. It seems like there is a battle going on in higher-level management where individual goals have a higher priority than the overall company goal.
Listen to and work with the teams who create the real content. Understand their challenges and put the company goal higher than the individual.

Quality Manager
First, there was a phone interview. This was followed by a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, and then a face-to-face interview with the regional manager. I think the first two meetings went well; the final one did not.

The interviewers were easy-going. They asked for a few projects on the resume and about OOP and full-stack web development. It was a really nice experience. The process took about a week. It was an overall satisfying experience.
