Pros

Very flexible and healthy work-life balance.

Cons

The management is poor. They hire you with a lot of benefits, but once you're in, there is no development. You won't be promoted for at least 3-4 years, even though they say you can be promoted in 2 years. They give very little raises and even cut your bonus, saying you haven't completed a full year. These little petty things they do are too annoying. Also, the managers are there to "lick their own managers' boots," not for your benefits. So don't expect much from them; they are not supportive at all and are ready to throw you under the bus at the slightest inconvenience.

Advice to Management

Look out for your team and support them, rather than looking out just for yourself and neglecting the team.
