The interview environment was very calm. They were interested in my previous projects and my roles in the team. They prefer people who have strong communication skills and a willingness to work across diverse teams.

I got a call from a recruitment agency for a Sr. Software Developer position. Initially, they conducted a written test on C and Data Structures, then they took a face-to-face interview. In both rounds, they asked only to write programs.

Single 1.5-hour team's call. HR, PM, and engineer on one call. A few generic HR questions, then a brief project description from the PM. C++ position, many OOP questions, and three C++ tasks involving STL.
