Work is amazing with challenging new ideas and products. Salary and benefits are great for the work.
Managers are not technical and cannot understand struggles. There are limited video calls (about once every two months since COVID) and in-person meetings only once a quarter. The LM and project manager are very confrontational and sometimes very degrading for a company that claims to be most ethical. This could just be my team.
Make it a requirement, or at least train line managers, to be leaders who do not yell at employees, even if it is over the phone.
It is very sad to constantly see every team member being compared to each other, and everyone being told daily that they are doing a bad job.
