Very good team and company members. No stress during the work time.
This is a very good and friendly team and company.
However, they very often let go of their best employees due to budget cuts.
Always take into account the quality and experience of the employee whom you are going to fire due to the budget cut.
Remember! Sometimes, it's better to keep one experienced dev person (with 9 years in Nokia) to resolve issues instead of many persons with zero experience in the project.
