New technologies to learn, work-life balance, good growth
Frequent changes, a lot of process, and a long time to release products to market.
Keep focused on the release dates.
Had two rounds of technical interviews, which were quite easy. There was 1 managerial round and 1 HR round. Questions asked were mostly on core Java: threads, design patterns, exception handling, and collections.
Two Technical + 1 Manager (technical). Mostly about C basics and C++. Puzzles and projects. Mostly people are helping, so listen to them and then answer. Linked list, string manipulation, and bit operators.
4 rounds of interview. First & second: technical. Third: Manager. Fourth: HR. Interview process was as per plan. It was more of checking if hands-on experience exists in the telecom domain or not. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
