A pretty safe job in case you are a technical professional.
Working time is 37.5 hours per week.
Poor salaries on sites which have relatively no competition in the same area. Technical oriented people are not appreciated as much as the ones who just sit in meeting rooms.
You've got to spend money to make money. You can't keep your best employees with these salaries.
More appreciation for the people who actually make and test the mobile devices. We have also too many career managers who can't contribute to the technical work anymore.
