I applied online and a recruiter or HR contacted me. I went through a phone interview and then an on-site panel interview. There were 4 groups in the panel interview: * Your prospective managers * Your prospective peers * Managers from other teams

There are different people to ask you different questions about knowledge areas. How do you think about salary? How do you handle it when you take on more challenging tasks? How do you evaluate your team members on your latest task?

Rather straightforward. You might get invited to a more psychological "test" with group tests and where you have to present a topic of your choice. An interview with your hiring manager is also included. That's then more about technical topics.
