Pros

Work From Home, good salary, good for freshers to learn.

Cons

Frequent layoffs. Recently, the R&D team was completely laid off. You will be hired by luck, not by talent (no uniformity in recruitment).

No HR; the manager is everything. You need to maintain a good relationship with them, otherwise, irrespective of how much you work, hikes and promotions are gone.

Most of the work is the maintenance of existing products. Skills will erode after working here for some time.
