Pathetic people.
A lot of idiots joined this company as freshers and they are still working. They have now become managers. They know nothing or have childish behavior. These useless people don't even want to do their Excel work; they pass that on to the junior technical resource. And then they say you don't work.
FASTEST WAY TO DESTROY UR CAREER
Fire all the existing managers. In any company, there would be one manager managing a minimum of 30 people and 2 projects. Here, managers manage only 6 people and no projects. The whole structure is an inverse pyramid: three managers managing one resource. STUPID.
Make sure you have no person at a senior position if they have been in NSN for 3 years, as the whole crappy process is in their blood now. So fire them all and replace them if the company wants to revive.
I had given OA. It had 45 MCQ and 1 coding question. Questions were based on Computer Networks, Python, C++, SQL, etc. Questions were to be answered in 90 minutes. Level of difficulty was medium to hard.
The OA was pretty easy with 2 coding questions and 2 sections with MCQs. Interview was maximum focused on DSA (Linked list mainly), Database (basic SQL queries), and other AI-related things, as they were included in my project, such as semantic sear
The first round typically focuses on Data Structures and Algorithms, followed by a System Design round. Having knowledge of Kubernetes is highly beneficial. The coding questions are usually of intermediate difficulty.
