Good salary Helpful teammates Fascinating projects Reasonable work hours Flexible team meeting arrangements
Far away from my place. Remote work causes inconvenience in friendship building.
1st Interview. As I was recommended by a university colleague, the process was soft. I had an easy interview. Just some questions about career perspective, university works, and UMTS network topology.
The first round was an aptitude round, and the second round was technical. They asked basic questions about data structures and coding questions, including logic. The third round was an HR round. Overall, the process was quite good.
The interviewer talked about everything from my life story to programming. It was a very relaxed interview. I guess they would have a whiteboard session for programming, but mine didn't happen.
