Good company for a fresh grad, but should not stick around long term
The pay is on par with other companies. Good benefits and good RRSP matching.
Poor management. Things could be better. The tech stack is also old. Nokia doesn't address tech debts.

Nice and simple. The interviewer was really nice. Asked a simple coding question and some questions about previous jobs and projects. Would recommend practicing LeetCode Easy. Would interview again for sure!
Hardware Engineer Co-Op
Phone call with the hardware lead. Easy going and mostly behavior and experience questions. I could tell from his tone that he already knew he wanted to hire me; the phone call was just a formality.
Devops Intern
Phone call, then a quick Teams call with the manager. Very chill and overall a great interview. Be familiar with basic OOP concepts as well as Linux commands. They're very surface level, so not much knowledge is required.
