Company culture is awesome.
A flat hierarchy means top management is easy to approach.
Great benefits are offered.
There's a young employee base.
Opportunity to travel exists based on project.
HR listens a lot.
Salary is not as high since they base it on the average of the industry. They raise it a little bit, though, from the industry average since they don’t want to upset market rates.
(If they increase too much, competitors might start raising theirs, and eventually, investing in the Philippines might not be the best option.)
Great work.
Internals are better than externals. They treat externals as hell and make them do all the dirty work. They treat them in the worst way. It is not good for a subcontract with Nokia, unless for money.
Call with an HR specialist and an interview with 3 people. It consists of 2 meet-ups. The process was easy and friendly. They asked me some questions, some technical and some from HR.
There will be three rounds overall. The first round is a technical exam, then a technical interview, followed by an HR interview. The exam was a bit easy, but the interview was difficult.
