Why I recommend Nokia
Nokia shows great respect to its employees and takes care of people's lives. We can learn a lot from colleagues and have good teamwork. The multicultural cooperation brings new ideas. Innovation at Nokia is highly praised. Colleagues have confidence in Nokia's future.
I cannot figure out too many downsides of Nokia. The only point is that efficiency is not very high. Hope we can improve it.
