Salary is competitive, and people got a lot of freedom in that company. Arrange the time all by yourself as long as you could finish the tasks on time. Groups also have some weekly group party funding. It's a nice place to enjoy working.

It's a large company, which means each one is just a small part of that big machine. There are very few heroes here. So sometimes you have to accept that even if you really want to do some more challenging work, you won't get it.

The company is really nice to its employees. But I have to say that some employees are inefficient workers, and turning a blind eye on them will influence the others and hurt the company.
