• money is always on time

Kraków location is a low-cost center with all its disadvantages:

• A lot of people are leaving the company because of:
  • Low salaries (comparing to the market in Kraków)
  • Student-driven development (because of the reasons mentioned above)
  • Managers who do not fit their roles
  • Used-up office space
  • Second building across town (!), only because it is the cheapest offering possible
  • New chairs (Wrocław center was disposing their old ones, so we got them).

Listen to the people. You have got good staff, but they are leaving every day because you are not making changes to their liking and treat them as expendable goods.
