Every year of service grants you more vacation days. With 5 years of service, I have over 200 hours of vacation.

401K Match: Nokia matches up to 8% of total cash compensation. The vesting period is 4 years.

Base salary is typically less, and yearly increase percentages are dismal in the US.

Advice to Management

Don't kill the goose that lays the golden egg.

Take a closer look at middle management inefficiencies.
