• Salary way below the industry. Raises of 1% are the typical way to show appreciation for best engineers.
• Promotions are scarce.
• Moving many units to India.
• Working with too many teams in India (meetings on the AM).
• Company is divided into infinite groups.
• Dinosaur cemetery (at least in the US).

Just dissolve the company and let the space for others willing to create.
