They were flexible with the time table, and the benefits were good. Examples of benefits include:

- Yearly bonuses
- Christmas bonus
The teams were usually friendly, and they kept an appearance of pleasant collaboration.
Not a good environment for growth; you usually keep doing the same thing over and over again. It is not really a good learning place. The salary will increase slowly and will be a slight variation of the first negation throughout time. The environment was toxic, and mostly people were not highly skilled. The lack of motivation was something common among employees. The salaries were not small, but not great either; it was just enough to keep you.
Find a way to keep your key employees and involve yourself more in the responsibilities you have regarding your teams, because from a former team member's perspective, you didn't seem to be present.
