A joke. Try talking to someone who barely speaks English (for almost an hour). I felt like I was completely wasting my time. No way I am ever working here.

It was in the form of a conversation over an online meeting. The interviewers introduced themselves and talked about the position. Then, I was asked some questions about my personal projects and some more technical ones.

General interview about my experience in college and education. Technical questions, mostly related to C++ knowledge, then verification of soft skills, mostly ability to speak English. Afterwards, the position was described. One hour overall.
