Large organization, lots of opportunity to move around within different groups and projects. Fairly stable if you're in the right group. Remote work culture, relaxed working environment.
Can get lost in the large organization structure. The gap between upper-level management and lower-level workers is big and increasing. Salary is not at the market level, considering inflation.
