Good learning opportunities for 2-3 years, post which it becomes stagnant.
Nokia is no longer what it was previously. Hikes have reduced. Growth is restricted for people above 10-12 years of experience. Management is mostly focused on the company's growth rather than encouraging individual growth. Job security is not there.
