In Timișoara, as a new hire, you get a pretty good salary compared to other companies. You also get health insurance and other benefits.
You pretty much get stuck with the salary and the position. I transitioned from student to full-time employee, and I was told that for 2 years I would not get any raise.
They do not help you to improve yourself, neither technically nor personally. My manager was the one who did not help me, and I had to always look somewhere else for help.
Treat your employees better.
