Every year getting worse
It was a stable company with a decent amount of benefits (especially for parents of newborn children), but since 2024, the atmosphere in the QA department has gotten much worse.
A lot of pressure from management, poor planning, and an often unfriendly environment.
Salary increases are almost nonexistent and don't even cover the inflation rate.
Don't change things that work.
