5G telecom development, multinational working environment.
Poor salary, no plan for technical development skills. Managers are not technical, but they give your annual evaluation.
It was all good. People were nice and helpful. The interview was pretty long compared to others, but at least it was online. Questions were decent to hard; some of them, I'd say, were doable.
1. An interview with managers about you and what you will do. 2. A technical test (multiple languages). 3. Interview with the team you are supposed to work with. 4. HR interview with a presentation of the company.
The process took a very long time. First of all, I received an online C++ test, and then a technical interview followed by an HR discussion. Very basic C++ and OOP questions were asked. Normally, this should not be a problem for a good developer.
