S/W Engineer
I was contacted for an interview by my direct boss. After that, I was contacted by Human Resources with an offer for the position. I accepted the offer after negotiation and then agreed to join.
CI Engineer
Approximately 1.5 hours for the entire process (face-to-face + writing test). Mainly it was a Python test, as the position I applied for is CI-related. It was not that difficult.
