Quite technical interview it was. Questions were asked from 2G, 3G optimization processes and parameters. I prepared for tough questions on the parametric side. Questions about RRC connected state, power control, paging, etc., were asked.
The interview process was done in three rounds. Two technical and one HR round. First and second rounds went on for about 45 minutes each, and the HR round lasted for 20 minutes.
The interview was organized over a single day. There were three rounds: two technical, followed by HR. Since it was an on-campus event, the offers were made on the same day.
