A really good company with values and employees first as the key. Its global vision and policies are very good. Employee friendly. Working on cutting-edge technologies.
Global policy implementation in the INDIA R&D Centers is very poor.
It's been two years of COVID, and still, no work-from-home benefits, like the setup of a home office, have been provided. The India top management team and ADMIN team are the ones who get all the benefits, not the REAL ENGINEER.
Many have left the organization not because it does not have a good road map. They left just because of this cheap attitude of the INDIA R&D Center management. An average Indian service-based company takes good care of its employees compared to a GIANT like NOKIA in INDIA.
Cheap attitude and pay difference, or not at par with any competitive product company, need to change.
